We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: The client is a leading industry association dedicated to fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth across the payments ecosystem in Asia. They bring together banks, fintechs, payment providers, and technology leaders to exchange insights, shape policy, and build trusted networks. Through roundtables, events, research, and advocacy, the organisation plays an important role in advancing the future of payments across the region. Role Overview: This is a more senior role than a typical VA position. The Account Manager will take ownership of member relationships, build a consistent approach to engaging with members, and identify opportunities to increase their involvement and support membership renewals. The role involves regular communication with senior people across the payments industry, so strong relationship-building skills, sound judgement, and the confidence to work independently are important. Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with existing members, including regular communication and follow-ups.
