We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our partner company, which creates personalized health and fitness products for users worldwide. Your area of impact:

Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
Manage advertising budgets of $300,000+ and ensure their efficient allocation.
Achieve and maintain target CPA / ROAS / ROI metrics.
Optimize web funnels with a focus on increasing conversion rates.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable campaign setups.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve ad creatives. You’re our perfect match if:
2+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Google Search, Demand Gen campaigns, and the Google Display Network (GDN).
Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300,000+ per month.
Hands-on experience working with web funnels.
Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and LTV.
A data-driven approach to campaign optimization, scaling, and performance improvement. Nice to have:
Experience working with Health & Fitness or B2C products.
Experience scaling advertising campaigns across global markets. Our hiring flow:
