Analyze and Act: Monitor sales trends, performance KPIs, and margin reports to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions. Lead Projects: Support key initiatives, from new brand launches to global expansion pilots, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable outcomes. Requirements 2+ years of experience managing wholesale or retail accounts in the apparel or consumer goods industry. Proven success in scaling major retail partnerships (e.g., Walmart, Kohl’s, QVC, Belk). Strong analytical mindset—you understand how to turn data into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; you know how to influence senior buyers and stakeholders. Highly accountable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Comfortable working with Asana, Slack, and reporting tools; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets. A curious, growth-driven mindset—you’re motivated to go beyond what’s expected.
