Senior Software Engineer

Description: Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective software solutions. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality for React-Native and GitHub Actions. Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues while ensuring accessibility compliance. Build relationships with clients and communicate engineering strategies clearly. Contribute to team practices and help address technical challenges. Requirements: 6+ years of engineering experience with complex software systems. Experience working with the federal government, preferably with the VA. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software independently. Strong technical expertise in React Native, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, AWS, and GitHub Actions. Experience in software architecture and mobile application development. Ability to lead and mentor engineers and communicate effectively across teams.
