About this role

Project – the aim you’ll have You’ll join a well-established European gaming technology initiative that provides innovative real-money gaming solutions to licensed operators worldwide. The project’s goal is to build engaging, responsible, and high-performing digital entertainment experiences, supporting the launch and continuous enhancement of our eInstant gaming platform offered in a Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) model. Role – how you’ll contribute As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams, ensuring solutions are both user-centric and technically sound. You will:

Gather, validate, and document business requirements through elicitation and collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
Translate business requirements into development-ready items by analyzing system capabilities and proposing effective solutions.
Model and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and product value.
Experience in project management practices will be considered a strong asset.
Identify risks, opportunities, and impacts of existing and proposed solutions.
Create clear and concise functional specifications, translating technical concepts into accessible language for the wider team.
Help clients define their needs in response to evolving business or regulatory contexts.
Contribute to planning and coordination activities, supporting effective delivery Expectations – the experience you need
4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Previous experience in the betting, gambling, or online gaming industry is required.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in requirement prioritization, scope management, and evaluating solution feasibility.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas clearly. Additional skills – the edge you have
