About the role We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester / SDET to join our QA team. on a 12m Fixed Term Contract basis. This role combines automation expertise with hands-on manual testing, including test design, execution, automation framework development, and continuous testing practices. In the role, the successful candidate will: Support both manual and automated testing activities Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle. About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills: 5+ years’ experience in a QA role with strong experience in both manual and automation testing. Proven experience updating and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks. Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases and test suites. Good understanding of Quality Engineering, testing strategy, and governance. Experience implementing and managing testing initiatives across web, API, and desktop platforms. Proven experience integrating testing into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery models. Experience implementing AI-powered testing capabilities. Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing practices. Excellent communication skills within enterprise environments. Technical Expertise
