EMERSE SALES US INC
Engagement Coordinator
About this role
Engagement Coordinator Reports to: Director of Coaching Excellence Location: Fully remote, working US Eastern Time hours Pay: $24,000 a year to start, rising with each year of service About this Role Engagement Coordinators are the EMERSE equivalent of paralegals in a law firm. They are the operational backbone of client delivery: engagements run smoothly, coaches are fully supported, and clients get a seamless experience. The role combines project management, client administration and sales support, and it builds deep knowledge of EMERSE's products and services. This role suits someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and always looking to improve how things work. Coordinators handle logistics and administration, and they also support clients directly: answering questions, running NPS surveys and keeping the CRM current. Over time, a Coordinator becomes a near-substitute for a coach on operational matters, which makes the role an indispensable part of how EMERSE delivers. About EMERSE EMERSE is a global sales transformation agency headquartered in Miami, USA, and London, UK. We help growth-oriented companies build diagnostic, scalable systems that make sales growth fast, predictable and profitable. We specialize in sales diagnostics, playbooks, coaching, bootcamps, hiring systems and ongoing execution support. We help businesses codify and implement repeatable sales systems while developing their people into elite performers. Our purpose is simple and ambitious: to bring excellence to the profession of sales, change lives for the better, and free business owners from the frustrations of growing revenue. Our team shares a commitment to discipline, clarity and impact, and we are redefining what sales excellence means in practice. Culture and Values We exist to bring excellence to the profession of sales. We help companies hit ambitious targets, grow profitably and improve lives. Our mission is to restore sales as a serious, service-led profession, rooted in integrity, clarity and impact. Our Values Our culture is built on five values that guide how we work, collaborate and grow:

You'll be expected to know EMERSE's products and services as well as the coaches do, and to step in and answer client questions where appropriate. The role goes beyond administration into solving problems before they land, improving how we work, and freeing coaches to focus on high-value client delivery.
