Senior Solutions Engineer

Description: Join Chromatic as a Solutions Engineer to support Enterprise accounts and drive company growth. Serve as the primary technical contact, assisting customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. Requirements: 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools. Strong frontend background with modern JavaScript tools (e.g., Webpack, React); familiarity with Storybook/Chromatic is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Salary range: US $120,000 - $175,000 OTE + equity.
