Senior Fullstack Engineer

Description: High-ownership Senior Fullstack Engineer position at a fast-growing European Voice AI startup serving SMEs. Own features end-to-end, from concept to production deployment, and shape the product roadmap. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on fullstack engineering experience in SaaS products. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience preferred. Substantial backend and frontend experience with a track record of shipping customer-facing applications. Native German speaker required; fluent English for team communication. Experience collaborating with customers to understand pain points and define product value. Comfort with product discovery and data-driven decision-making. Pragmatic, autonomous engineering mindset; ability to cut scope without losing value. Bonus: experience with LLMs, deploying AI services on cloud infrastructure in Europe, or familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act. Benefits: Salary range: 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
