Site Reliability Engineer

Description: Join a Series B conversational AI company focused on building voice agents for customer service. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will enhance the platform for reliable AI product delivery at scale. Requirements: 6+ years in software development enablement roles (SRE, platform engineering, DevEx). Experience with end-to-end CI/CD platforms, including caching and system design. Proficiency in TypeScript or Node.js, Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes; familiarity with Helm. Practical knowledge of observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing, monitoring, alerting). Understanding of LLMs and AI development tools. Experience working on fully remote teams and passing a technical screen. Benefits: Base salary range of $160,000 to $210,000 USD, plus competitive equity.
