Lead Software Developer (.NET) - Construction Operations

Description: Lead Software Developer for Acumatica's Construction Operations Team in Belgrade, Serbia. Collaborate on the design and development of cloud-based ERP, CRM, and web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MS SQL Server). Requirements: 5+ years of experience in building commercial applications with Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MS-SQL). Strong knowledge of C# and experience in writing, profiling, and optimizing complex queries. Experience with version control systems (preferably Git). Knowledge of software design principles and patterns. Passion for writing elegant, efficient, robust, and scalable code. Exposure to complex business solutions (ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM). Willingness to work directly with customers for feedback and problem-solving.
