AI & Support Automation - Engineer

Description: CertifyOS is building a data infrastructure for modern healthcare, automating provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring. The role involves leading support automation initiatives and designing AI solutions end-to-end. Requirements: 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or support technology. 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI/LLM application development. Strong skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, LLM APIs, and AI/automation project management. Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and system integrations.
