Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Continuous Integration)

Description: Seeking a seasoned Staff Engineer for the Continuous Integration (CI) team to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency of development pipelines. Responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of systems supporting automated testing, build orchestration, and deployment. Requirements: Proven experience in CI, build systems, or developer productivity domains. Strong background in modern build systems (e.g., GitHub, Buildkite, Artifactory). Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code practices. Solid programming skills (Python, Kotlin, Java, or similar) and ability to guide technical decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a balance of long-term vision and short-term impact. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in managing build systems for large monorepos.
