Senior Staff Software Engineer (R14272)

Description: Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, systems, and business domains. Shape architecture, technical strategy, and execution for complex initiatives spanning Product, Platform, Infrastructure, and customer-facing systems. Requirements: 12+ years of professional software engineering experience. Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems. Proven experience providing technical leadership across multiple teams or complex technical domains. Strong experience with backend services, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures. Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, etc.). Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and operational excellence. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (relational/NoSQL). Strong communication skills and experience mentoring senior engineers.
