Staff Software Engineer - Customer Facing Applied AI

Description: Join Addepar's Applied AI team to develop AI capabilities for investment professionals. Work closely with strategic clients to identify and build AI solutions from scratch. Set technical direction for AI engineering, including agent architecture and evaluation methodologies. Requirements: 6+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in Python. Experience with AI/LLM systems in production and designing technical systems for scalability. Strong judgment in high-stakes environments and ability to lead without formal authority.
