Business Process & Quality Assurance Lead

Description: Lead cross-functional requirements validation and business acceptance for the Oracle Fusion programme. Provide independent delivery-quality assurance over design packs, configuration evidence, and test readiness. Requirements: 10+ years in enterprise process transformation, Oracle ERP/Fusion business analysis, or quality governance roles. At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementations, including discovery, design, build, and go-live. Strong experience in process design, requirements traceability, and cross-functional acceptance in complex programmes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
