Description: Lead security at LawnStarter, overseeing application security, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and incident response. Transition security from an informal practice to a structured, scalable function, with a path to building and leading a team within 12-18 months. Requirements: Hands-on expertise in at least three areas: application security, cloud security, compliance, and incident response. Proficient in using AI tools for security tasks and comfortable with automating security processes. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with delivery teams and Cloud & DevOps.
