Description: Join Descript's product engineering team to own outcomes and deliver measurable results. Work on one of several teams: Editor, Growth & Monetization, Media, or AI, focusing on distinct product areas. Design full-stack systems that enhance user experience and deliver value. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in building and shipping customer-facing products with measurable outcomes. Experience in leveraging AI and analytics to improve product features. Ability to navigate complex systems and create clarity in ambiguous situations. Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and experience in media products or creative tools is a plus.
