Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net, Vue/React) - Fully Remote

Description: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative SaaS insurance software solutions. Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with at least 2 years in a lead/manager role. Proficiency in back-end technologies (.NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB) and front-end technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React.js). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
