Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant

Description: Responsible for providing technical leadership for data migration workstreams. Collaborates with clients to gather and analyze data migration requirements and translates them into technical specifications. Leads migration strategy for complex programs, defines standards, and serves as the escalation point for issues. Creates user manuals and training materials, and ensures compliance with data governance and audit requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, IT, STEM, or related field with 5-7 years of data migration experience, or 7-10 years of experience without a degree. SAP Data Services Certification and advanced understanding of SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, IDOC, BAPI). Strong client consulting, communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must have an active Government Clearance or be able to obtain one prior to start date.
