System Engineer

Description: Everience is an international consulting group focused on AI-enhanced digital services, emphasizing human-AI collaboration. Seeking a Microsoft System Engineer for a large-scale Active Directory infrastructure redesign project. Requirements: Solid experience in managing and designing Microsoft Active Directory in complex enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Organizational Units (OU), Group Policy Objects (GPO), and permission models. Experience in redesigning large-scale Active Directory infrastructures. In-depth understanding of RBAC principles and Identity & Access Management. Ability to define standards and naming conventions in enterprise contexts. Familiarity with Microsoft best practices for security, administration, and governance of Active Directory. Strong analytical skills for existing architecture and solution definition. Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and structured approach. Good documentation skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholders. Benefits: Full remote work.
