Software Engineer

Description: Mid-Senior Level Software Engineer position at Whitespace, focused on AI-powered analysis and simulation. Work on the Worldline platform to generate synthetic, geo-tagged data for population simulation. Support a research and development project under the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). 100% remote position for U.S. citizens residing in the contiguous United States. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering. Proficient in Java and Python, with strong coding abilities emphasizing quality and testability. Experience with DevOps processes and tools (GitLab, JIRA, Jenkins, etc.). Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and query optimization.
