Security Systems Technical Lead

Description: Seeking an experienced Security Systems Technical Lead for the client’s Security Technology team. Responsible for the design, deployment, optimization, and health of enterprise physical security technology. Oversee complex security systems initiatives and serve as a technical partner to various teams. Full-time, fully remote position with a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in enterprise physical security systems and technologies. Strong expertise in Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), and related technologies. Hands-on experience with platforms like Lenel OnGuard, C•CURE 9000, or Genetec Security Center. Experience with system migrations, integrations, upgrades, and lifecycle management. Strong understanding of security system architecture, networking, and cloud/hybrid environments. Proven troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Benefits: Competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
