AI Infrastructure / Product Engineer

Description: Hands-on engineering role focused on transforming AI experiments into production-grade tools for legal work. Own evaluation systems, backend services, and features to improve quality across the team. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or product engineer. Strong Python skills with experience in cloud deployment. Experience in building evaluation pipelines and assessment systems for AI. Solid background with APIs, databases, backend services, and deployment pipelines. Proven ability to convert research prototypes into maintainable products. Experience designing dashboards or monitoring systems for performance. Interest in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI evaluation. Full-stack experience is a plus; familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, React/Next.js, Postgres, vector databases is helpful. Benefits: Base salary: $180,000 to $260,000 USD annually, based on skills and experience. Fully remote position available only to candidates in the United States.
