Applied AI Architect

Description: Serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship owner for a portfolio of customers. Shape AI strategy and guide customers from pre-sales to deployment and measurable impact. Own the technical account plan across various AI solutions, partnering with Account Directors. Develop Applied AI Architectures and maintain a focused use-case portfolio. Track adoption, usage, and customer impact, ensuring delivery teams execute implementation. Requirements: Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., solutions architecture, AI deployment). Proven track record guiding enterprises from evaluation to production adoption. Strong software and cloud architecture knowledge, including APIs and security. Familiarity with modern AI systems and ability to prototype and explain technical tradeoffs. Experience developing technical account plans and connecting adoption to outcomes. Excellent communication skills to convey technical narratives to diverse audiences.
