Description: Fieldguide is focused on automating assurance and audit processes in cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audits. The Software Engineer, Quality & Automation role involves owning quality and automation for enterprise deployments, working closely with customers and the engineering team. Requirements: Must have production software engineering experience and hands-on test automation skills. Experience with AI or agentic tooling, and direct customer interaction on issue resolution.
