Agency AI Architect

Description: UN/COMMON is a digital experience and marketing agency focused on helping D2C and e-commerce brands grow through various strategies. The Agency AI Architect will structure and execute AI initiatives, aligning strategy with operational plans across the agency. Requirements: Experience in an agency or consulting environment, managing multiple clients and translating strategy into delivery. Hands-on experience with AI initiatives from strategy to implementation, including designing workflows and QA. Strong understanding of agency operations and systems mapping. Proficiency with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic), workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make), and vector databases. Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4) and app development. Experience in implementation planning, QA processes, and data governance.
