Full-Stack AI Architect

Description: NeoWork is an AI-first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. Hiring a Full-Stack AI Architect to own AI-native client systems end-to-end, including architecture, production code, deployment, and iteration. Role involves translating business problems into scalable technical solutions and making technical decisions that impact client value. Requirements: 8+ years of strong full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, React, and TypeScript. Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, ideally with Azure, and solid CI/CD fundamentals. Real production experience with LLM tool-use, agent runtimes, or MCP-style patterns. Experience in small teams or startup environments with full stack ownership.
