AI will ensure the quality of AI products used by live traders, including a customer support chatbot and an API Copilot. The role involves establishing quality metrics for probabilistic systems, building datasets, and managing release gates to prevent regressions. Requirements: Non-negotiable: Minimum 1 year of experience owning quality for AI products, including chatbots and agentic systems. Hands-on experience with evaluation harnesses for AI systems, using frameworks like DeepEval or Promptfoo. Also required: 4-6 years of QA/SDET experience. Proficiency in Python for evaluation platform and tooling. Strong API testing experience and ability to analyze traces for root cause. Engineering skills to build tooling and automation. Clear written communication for documentation. Bonus: Experience with trading or exchange platforms, especially in crypto derivatives.
