Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote)

Description: Support Collective Residential's portfolio operations team by validating metrics and formulas in UDP, tracking data issues, and building reports and dashboards. Work with property management systems (PMS) to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Requirements: Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries. Experience validating metrics and formulas in a BI or reporting platform. Proficiency in building reports or dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Solid understanding of property management operations and metrics. Working knowledge of major PMS (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata); multiple systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple issues to resolution. Clear written communication skills for documentation and vendor coordination.
