Senior Data Analyst

Description: Seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Responsible for obtaining and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare or federal environment. Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SAS). Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik). Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with VHA systems and data repositories (e.g., CDW, VistA).
