Account Supervisor - Digital, Healthcare - Maternity Cover/Contract Role

More about the role We are seeking a social media specialist for a 3-6 month maternity cover to join our health communications practice, supporting clients across the pharmaceutical, MedTech, health advocacy, and broader health ecosystem. Ideal candidates will have experience creating social media content across platforms, partnering with account teams and clients to create strategic campaigns, and have prior agency experience. Applicants must demonstrate significant knowledge of the social media landscape and paid campaign management tools, have strong writing and storytelling skills. This is a full-time, salaried position. The role will require the below daily tasks: What you’ll do Manage day-to-day social media activities and deliverables (e.g., content calendars, paid campaigns, metrics reports, etc). Develop and cultivate relationships with the client and external agency partners. Build engagements and relationships with influential voices. Analyze content performance and distill data into actionable insights that will inform future strategies. Maintain quality control across evolving social media deliverables and ensure client requests are tracked and implemented across projects. Assist in the management of account administration duties such as paid campaign billing and financial reporting. Mentor junior employees are interested in the social media/digital specialty. Manage day-to-day social and digital activity across a portfolio of clients Build and maintain strong client relationships and support ongoing communications Contribute to campaign reporting, performance tracking, and project management Stay informed on digital, social media, and travel industry trends Use digital tools effectively and quickly adapt to new platforms Apply commercial awareness to connect creative ideas with business outcome. Support and attend client meetings, events, and influencer trips as needed Experience in an agency, PR, digital, social media, or marketing environment Experience in healthcare digital marketing is preferred Familiarity with social media and digital tools, with a willingness to learn new systems. #LI-SF1
