Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description: The Portfolio Director, NAVFAC & US Coast Guard provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of programs supporting the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), including large IDIQ task orders, and multi-award contract vehicles. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution, portfolio performance, client relationships, compliance, and resource alignment across a range of Air and Space Force customers and missions. The Portfolio Director works closely with program managers, technical leaders, operations, contracts, finance, and business development teams to ensure successful delivery and sustained portfolio growth. This position serves as a senior leader accountable for delivery excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and strategic expansion across NAVFAC and USCG accounts.
