Senior Data Analyst, Strategic Finance

Description: Join Vanta as a Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team to drive insights for company-wide planning and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with various teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that influence operating plans and investment decisions. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in data analysis; exposure to FP&A, Accounting, or SaaS metrics is a plus. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma); familiarity with DBT and Python is preferred. Proven analytical thinking and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
