- No formalwear required. Hoodies welcomed, PJ pants encouraged. What is the role? Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Review financial statements and corresponding tax returns (corporate and sales tax) for select clients
- Assist Senior Managers with preparation for tax planning meetings (quarterly and annually) with clients and identify tax-planning opportunities
- Mentoring and managing our awesome team of Associates and Senior Associates
- Accounting and tax research/analysis
- Manage various Canada Revenue Agency requests Required Education and Experience:
- Canadian CPA designation
- At least 4+ years of work experience (post-qualification) at a small or mid-sized accounting firm with a focus on owner-managed businesses
- An excellent understanding of corporate tax, sales tax and financial statements
