Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Description: Join Nadia Care as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to improve maternal health outcomes through technology. Collaborate with product, clinical, operational, and business teams to develop care team and member-facing applications. Requirements: 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably in an early-stage startup. Proficient in Python, SQL, Typescript/Javascript, CSS, and modern React frameworks. Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech) with knowledge of HIPAA/PHI security. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technical ambiguity. Familiarity with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform) is preferred. Benefits: Competitive salary between $140K - $155K annually based on experience.
