Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Description: Numa is developing AI-native dealership platforms to enhance automotive service and sales through advanced AI agents. The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will build and ship ML/AI systems that interact with customers, focusing on voice agents and production ML models. Requirements: 6+ years of software or machine learning engineering experience with a proven track record of deploying ML or LLM systems. Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals. Hands-on experience with AI systems, including training and deploying ML models. A rigorous evaluation-first approach to measure improvements and regressions. Ability to operate in ambiguous product environments and communicate effectively.
