Staff Software Engineer

Description: Join Ravio as a Staff Software Engineer to lead technical decisions during a significant platform shift. Own architecture and technical design across the stack, including customer-facing web app and agentic platform. Requirements: 8+ years of commercial engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership during platform shifts. Senior-level fluency in TypeScript and Node, with backend experience in PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and GCP. Strong system design skills, particularly in durability, multi-service orchestration, and observability. Experience in a distributed monorepo environment and ability to ship quickly under product pressure.
