Technical Lead

Description: Lead the delivery and ongoing development of Masabi's native passenger applications across iOS, Android, and Web. Balance technical contributions (50%) with people leadership and team coordination (50%) for a team of 4-6 developers. Requirements: Strong hands-on engineering skills in at least one native platform (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines). Experience in leading technical delivery, managing engineers, and conducting performance feedback. Knowledge of SDK and API integrations, and experience with production application delivery and migrations.
