We´re Abakus School - we’re a leading international school of neuromathematics and cognitive development for children aged 5–12, blending online and offline learning with a science-backed, neuropedagogical approach. We're growing and looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. We need a cheerful person who knows the stages of sales and knows how to genuinely help clients find the right solution — and feel good about their decision. A great product and a supportive team? We've got that covered. Your Role requires to:

Contact parents via phone and Whatsapp and guide them from initial inquiry through to a successful demo lesson.
Speak with parents after the trial lesson and convince them to buy the course.
Handle client requests, questions, and individual requirements.
Manage customer interactions and transactions in AmoCRM in accordance with company procedures.
Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions.
Address customer objections and provide professional consultation to help clients select the most suitable educational plan.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to support customer satisfaction and sales performance. Requirements Native-level Romanian (because you`ll work with romanian clients) Basic English (for internal communication with the team as it`s international) Experience from 6 months in education-related, consultative, phone sales is required!
