Robotics Software Engineer

Description: Join a pre-Series A startup focused on bringing human-like intelligence to robots using Active Inference. Work on building robotic arm systems, contributing to motion planning, control, perception, and manipulation. Collaborate with a senior team and take ownership of projects, solving problems and implementing solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 4+ years of relevant industry experience in robotics (Dynamics, Controls, Planning, Estimation, Computer Vision). Proficiency in Python, experience with C++, Git, ROS/ROS2, and simulators (Mujoco, Gazebo). Strong documentation and communication skills. Nice to have: experience with real-time software, 3D math, embedded systems, and interest in Active Inference or Machine Learning. Benefits: 12 paid holidays and unlimited PTO (minimum 2 weeks).
