Senior Counsel, Product & AI

Description: Seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support Product and Engineering teams at Owner, focusing on AI and fintech regulatory work. Role involves advising on AI-powered tools, payments integrations, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws. Requirements: J.D. and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 6+ years of legal experience, particularly in-house product counsel at a tech company. Direct experience with AI/ML products and familiarity with AI regulations. Experience in fintech or payments products and substantive privacy law experience (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR). Preferred experience in restaurant technology or vertical SaaS. Strong process-building skills and ability to provide clear legal guidance.
