In addition to the base range, a commission structure is offered Job Overview: This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders at financial institutions and retail organizations to secure new revenue for Loomis. The VP of NFBD will lead growth initiatives by implementing sales strategies, executing business development plans, and driving new revenue by positioning our cash logistics and financial services solutions. This role will report to the SVP– National Financial Business Development for overall performance and results. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with senior decision-makers at assigned banking and retail industry accounts across the U.S.
- Execute established sales strategies and business plans to meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas and growth objectives.
- Plan for and profitably sell strategic solutions that include ATM, Armored, Cash Vault Processing and/or other services to these assigned accounts.
- Act as a consultant to develop solutions that support differentiated value within the financial supply chain to the customer.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including corporate, Branch, and District staff to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide feedback that informs product development, pricing, and competitive positioning.
- Make calls and presentations to and network with senior Loomis personnel and teammates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, reinforcing our brand as a trusted partner in financial services.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and CRM documentation to support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- Other duties as assigned. Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
- Minimum 7 years B2B sales experience, preferably with large regional or national accounts.
