Define feature-level KPIs and success metrics, ensuring consistent instrumentation and quality analysis. Requirements: 7+ years in product analytics, data science, or applied statistics with end-to-end ownership of product metrics. Strong experience in defining event tracking and driving it into product roadmaps. Proficient in SQL and Python; comfortable in a Snowflake + dbt environment.
