Lead, Business Development & Licensing - Sureel AI

Description: Lead Sureel's business development and licensing function, reporting to the CEO and Co-Presidents. Negotiate with AI companies, DSPs, and rights holders to structure agreements that enhance adoption of Sureel's infrastructure. Develop business models and economic frameworks for licensing and integration with AI and DSPs. Serve as the primary liaison with industry and regulatory bodies related to Sureel's business. Requirements: Deep experience in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements in music, media, or technology. Strong understanding of music industry economics and licensing frameworks. Ability to model revenue structures and communicate effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
