Staff Engineer - Backend

The Staff Engineer – Backend will design, build, and evolve systems for HighLevel’s CRM platform, focusing on backend and distributed systems. Requirements: 8+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in backend systems at scale. Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Java. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, API design, and service communication. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, high-volume data processing, and asynchronous processing. Ability to diagnose complex production issues and lead technical initiatives.
