Public Safety Solutions Engineer

Description: Support new business acquisition by positioning NiCE's solutions in the Public Safety sector in North America. Collaborate with various internal functions including Account Executives, Product Management, and Customer Support. Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales or sales engineering within Government or Public Safety sectors. Familiarity with government RFP/Bid processes and contracts. Strong consultative selling skills with experience in presentations. Excellent communication, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
