- Program Management:
- Develop and manage detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and client expectations.
- Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage customer vendors to meet the project objectives.
- Manage Appficiency’s project vendors from selection to monitoring their performance.
- Scope Management
- Ensure the deliverables of the programs are aligned with the defined scope of the work in the SOWS
- Identify the scope deviations, and communicate the potential change request to the customer
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure resources are available and project requirements are met.
