AI Product Operations Lead

Description: Typeform is a remote form builder helping over 150,000 businesses collect data through engaging forms, surveys, and quizzes. The AI Product Operations Lead will build and operate internal AI capabilities for R&D, focusing on identifying and solving high-value problems with AI solutions. Requirements: Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems and building user-adopted solutions. Excellent systems thinking and user/workflow discovery skills, with hands-on technical fluency in building and troubleshooting workflows and applications. Experience managing work independently, prioritizing backlogs, and communicating with stakeholders. Good judgment around responsible AI, security, access, and governance.
