Sr Staff Software Engineer

Description: Senior Staff Software Engineer (IC5) responsible for setting and owning the technical direction for model-driven capabilities in HR Service Delivery. Focus on agentic and conversational experiences that interpret user intent and act on their behalf, ensuring architecture and standards for multiple teams. Requirements: 12+ years of software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack). Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with AI/GenAI features, NLU, conversational AI systems, and production AI integration. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
